There is something to entertain you from dawn until late on Celestyal Olympia. During the daytime, you can aquire a new skill at a craft workshop or learn to cook local Greek dishes. Day 4: Athens to Piraeus (Port of Athens) & Mykonos, Greece
After check out, take your private transfer to the Port of Athens for embarkations onboard Celestyal Olympia for your cruise around the Aegean.
Mykonos sits in the Aegean Sea with traditional white-washed houses and bright-blue waters. Wander the twisting narrow lanes, which were originally designed to confuse pirate invaders, and discover quaint shops and boutiques. Visit stylish beach bars, modern restaurants and see the iconic 16th-century Venetian windmills which overlook Mykonos town — the island's capital.
Day 5: Kusadasi, Turkey & Patmos, Greece
The Turkish port of Kusadasi is today's port of call. Enjoy a morning's shopping around Kusadasi's lively bazaars or spend a few hours sunbathing on the nearby Long and Ladies Beaches. A trip to Ephesus is a must for culture fans - home to the Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) and Library of Celsus. Make for the hills of Selcuk to admire the House of the Virgin Mary and taste local fruit-based wines in Sirince.
Day 6: Rhodes, Greece
The Port of Rhodes sits on the northern edge of Rhodes Island — 12 miles off the coast of Turkey. With just a short walk you’ll reach the Citadel of Rhodes and its various boutiques, cafes and souvenir shops. Immerse yourself further in Rhodes’ fascinating history and visit the Palace of the Grand Masters. You can take a short 50-minute taxi ride to Lindos and witness the breathtaking Acropolis of Lindos. There are also an abundance of beaches on Rhodes to chill out and relax.
Day 7: Crete (Heraklion) & Santorini, Greece
Curving around a majestic caldera, Santorini is one of the prettiest of the Greek Isles. Hop on the tender boat ashore, where the cable car will whisk you up to the cliff-top village of Thira with its quaint streets filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Pay a visit to the cave houses at the beautiful village of Oia before heading down the steps to Amoudi Bay to feast on fresh seafood. Taste the unique beers at the Donkey Brewery close to the black pebbled sands of Kamari Beach. Explore the island's history at the Akrotiri archaeological site or admire the dramatic coastline by catamaran.
Day 8: Athens to UK
Your cruise comes to an end in Athens where you disembark the ship and take your private transfer to the airport for your flight home.
