The ship's main restaurants serve fresh Mediterranean cuisine alongside international specialities so you can truly experience the flavours of this iconic region. Visit Eately to taste and learn about fine Italian foods from leading experts. For dinner, head to The Butcher's Cut — an American-style steakhouse — and enjoy tasty meals with cocktails and New World wines. For diverse Asian meals, try Kaito Teppanyaki Restaurant & Sushi Bar, or for worldwide options, go to the ship's buffet venue. Open for 20 hours a day, you can enjoy a huge range of choice, including child-friendly dishes and healthy options. There's even the award-winning chocolate bar, Jean-Philippe Maury Chocolaterie, as well as an ice cream parlour and crêperie found on the promenade.
MSC Meraviglia offers a variety of places to enjoy drinks while sailing. Visit Champagne Bar and enjoy your drinks with caviar and oysters, or relax at Cocktail Bar instead. The large Carousel Lounge hosts spectacular shows such as Cirque du Soleil and transforms into a disco later in the evening. For a more casual atmosphere, relax at the sports bar or get out in the sun and enjoy a beer from the pool bar.
MSC Meraviglia features a great variety of entertainment venues. Have fun at the water park — which includes separate pools and three slides — or try some head-to-head Formula 1 virtual reality racing. There's a gym, bowling alley and sports centre on board, as well as arcade games, duty-free shops and selection of beauty and relaxation treatments at MSC Aurea Spa. Young guests have baby, children and teenager clubs to join, too. In the evening, Horizon Pool changes from a perfect sunbathing spot to a venue for dancing and entertainment. Day 1: UK to Miami, Florida
Fly from your chosen UK airport to Miami and make your way to your hotel for a one night stay.
Day 2: Miami, Florida (Embarkation Day)
After check out, make your way to the port to board MSC Meraviglia for your fourteen night cruise.
Day 4: Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Nestled in a verdant Jamaican backdrop; Ocho Rios is home to one of Jamaica’s best known attractions, Dunns River Falls. Climb the 180 meters of limestone tiers to the top of this spectacular waterfall or swim in the cool lagoons at the base. Over the road from the waterfall, you can stop by Dolphin Cove and encounter sharks and stingrays alongside the friendly dolphins. Relax on the white sands of Turtle Beach, snorkel in the shallow blue waters of Mahogany Bay, or escape to secluded Reggae Beach. Spend the afternoon exploring the restaurants, shopping centres, and craft markets on the busy Main Street. Travel to the village of Nine Mile, the birthplace and final resting place of Bob Marley, and tour the reggae legend's museum and mausoleum. Firefly and Blue Harbour, playwright Noel Coward's former island homes, are well worth a visit too.
Day 5: Georgetown, Grand Cayman
Spend today exploring the Cayman Islands' capital city, George Town. Once a pirate stronghold, this cosmopolitan destination now features a traditional Caribbean style and a high-rise financial centre. Learn about the region's rich heritage at Cayman Islands National Museum or see the colonial ruins at Fort George. You can also find the famous Seven Mile Beach on the western coast of the island — often labelled the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean — where you can have a go at snorkelling and diving. Enjoy duty-free shopping, stop for a cocktail on the coast, and sample the diverse food scene — which has been greatly influenced by European and Caribbean flavours.
Day 6: Cozumel, Mexico
Arrive on the Mexican island of Cozumel. One of Mexico's most popular ports of call, it's home to several natural parks and a rich coral reef surrounded by tropical fish. San Miguel, Cozumel's only town, offers a great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants alongside seafront shops and boutiques selling handmade Mayan souvenirs. Follow sightseeing jungle trails, wander botanical gardens with natural lagoons, or view dolphins and sea turtles in their natural habitat.
Day 8: Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas
Ocean Cay is part of the Bimini chain of islands, situated in the western Bahamas. This unique environmental paradise has plenty to keep you occupied and at one with nature; including six stunning sandy beaches, a vast calm lagoon, and a traditional Bahamian village. There are a plethora of private dive holes and freshwater habitats to experience and you can also glide along the crystal blue waters on a jet ski or don your snorkel to glimpse the fascinating tropical underwater life. For fun family times in the sun, head down to the dedicated and well-equipped family beach. Indulge in a rejuvenating massage or facial in a sea-view cabana at Aurea Spa or spend time eating and drinking at the seaside restaurants and tiki bars.
Day 9: Miami, Florida
Be spoilt for choice on how to spend your time here. This vibrant city stretches from the serene Everglades to the stylish haunts of the rich and famous on Miami Beach. Indulge in retail therapy at Lincoln Road Mall or enjoy a touch of culture at Wolfsonian-FIU museum. Escape to the idyllic Miami Beach Botanical Garden or chill out on the white sand of South Beach. Explore the art galleries and elegant eateries at Miami's Design District or visit the historic and bohemian Espanola Way. If you're travelling with children, spend time at Jungle Island zoo and Miami Children's Museum.
Day 11: Costa Maya, Mexico
Costa Maya on Mexico's southern Caribbean coast is today's port of call. Spend the day relaxing on nearby Mahahual Beach or fish for local tuna, snapper and marlin on a fishing tour. Enjoy a diving adventure amongst the nurse sharks and moray eels or get up close to the local sea life on a dolphin swim. Venture inland to admire the turquoise waters of Laguna Bacalar - the Lake of Seven Colours - and the mystical Chacchoben Mayan Ruins.
Day 12: Belize City, Belize
The port of Belize City is located in the Central American country of Belize. The city is divided is in two by Haulover Creek with the manually-operated 1920s Swing Bridge linking the two halves together. On the northern side you can trace the country's history at the Museum of Belize or admire the displays of contemporary art at the Image Factory gallery. To the south you can visit the historic St John's Cathedral and the fascinating House of Culture. Get up close to the native and rescued animals that roam freely in enclosures at Belize Zoo. Head out of town to Old Belize Beach and spend a few hours sunbathing or enjoy barbecued lobster and rum punch on a visit to Goff's Caye. Alternatively, an hour's drive will take you out to the amazing Altun Ha and Xunantunich Temples.
Day 13: Isla de Roatan, Honduras
Today, step ashore at Isla de Roatán — the largest of Honduras' Bay Islands. Discover the region's colourful marine life on a deep-sea fishing and scuba-diving trip. View capuchin monkeys and exotic birds and fly through the jungle canopy at Gumbalimba Park. Enjoy close-up views of indigenous iguanas at Arch's Iguana Farm, meet playful monkeys at Victor's Monkey Business, and swim with dolphins at Dolphin Encounter.
Day 15: Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas
Day 16: Miami, Florida to UK
Today your cruise comes to an end. Disembark and make your way back to the airport for return flight back to the UK.
