Holland America Line's ms Koningsdam made a splash when she launched in April 2016. The first of the Pinnacle-class ships, ms Koningsdam continues Holland America's high-class traditions and signature service with the addition of light-filled spaces and chic interiors. The casual Lido Market features themed stations for grab and go options and freshly-made fast food, or tuck into signature burgers by the pool at Dive-In. Authentic deli sandwiches, thin crust pizzas and colourful salads are served at New York Deli & Pizza, or indulge in freshly-made iced desserts at Gelato.
The Dining Room spans two decks with a copper-sheathed wine tower as its showpiece. The menu combines signature dishes, classic favourites, vegetarian options and regionally-inspired cuisine with the option of pre-set seating and dining times or "As You Wish" dining. Enjoy farm-to-table style dinners at the Culinary Arts Centre, or a la carte French seafood classics at the intimate Sel de Mer brasserie. Dine with family and friends spartire-style with authentic Italian dishes to share at Canaletto. There is a variety of bars and lounges on board ms Koningsdam. The Dutch Cafe combines a blue and white Delftware decor with Dutch pale lagers, freshly-brewed coffee and traditional snacks. The Lido and Sea View Bars are ideal for poolside drinks and mocktails, or step one deck up to enjoy cocktails with a view at Panorama Bar. The refined Explorer's Bar is the perfect spot to while away time sipping a gin and tonic and exotic liqueurs. The Crow's Nest showcases panoramic vistas by day, transforming into an intimate bar for signature cocktails after dark.

Day 1: UK to Amsterdam, Netherlands
Fly from your chosen UK airport to Amsterdam and take a coach transfer to the port. Board ms Koningsdam and set sail for Norway.
Day 3: Eidfjord, Norway & Scenic Cruising Hardangerfjord
Sail through the Hardangerfjord and arrive at the quaint village of Eidfjord. This acts as a gateway to some of the country's most famous sights including Hardangervidda, Norway's biggest National Park with the largest highland plateau in Europe. Follow the challenging hiking trails through the park and admire some of the world's most fascinating mountain views along the way.
Eidfjord Church, dating back to 1309, is also a must-see that is packed with history and charm. Outdoor sports enthusiasts can kayak down the fjords with the majestic mountains as a backdrop or fish for trout in the many lakes and rivers.
Day 4: Molde, Norway
Molde sits on the banks of the Romsdalsfjord in the north-west of Norway. Also known as the Town of Roses, thanks to the many pretty rose gardens dotted around the city, Molde hosts the oldest annual jazz festival in Europe each July. Stroll through the city centre and stop by the Jazzgutten statue and the impressive Molde Cathedral or indulge in retail therapy on Storgata Street. Pay a visit to the modern artworks, handicrafts, and exhibitions at More & Romsdal Art Center, or step back in time at the open-air Romsdal Museum. Escape to the tranquil surroundings of Chateauet Molde or admire the granite and glass facade of Aker Stadium. Venture up to the Varden viewpoint to take in the panorama of 222 mountain peaks spread out before you.
Day 5: Geiranger, Norway & Cruising Geirangerfjord
The ship then drops anchor at Geiranger on the shores of UNESCO World Heritage site, Geirangerfjord. Stroll into the village to view the church and sample reindeer and brown goat’s cheese in a local eatery. Enjoy a boat trip along the fjord for close up views of the famous Seven Sisters and Suitor waterfalls. Venture further afield to explore local farm life at the interactive Norwegian Fjord Centre or take a trip up to the scenic viewpoints at Dalsnibba or Eagle's Bend.
Day 6: Bergen, Norway
Today, you explore Bergen — Norway's second-largest city found on the south-west coast. Surrounded by hills and fjords, Bergen has a small-town charm with a strong culture and heritage dating back to the Viking period. Bryggan, Bergen's old wharf, was a crucial point of trade between Norway and the rest of Europe, and is now home to pubs, museums, restaurants, and craft shops. Visit Troldhaugen Museum to see the birthplace of the famous Norwegian composer, Edvard Greig, or see works of art from Edvard Munch at the KODE 3 gallery. Look at the beautiful Fantoft Stave Church; have fish and chips for lunch; and take a cycling tour before departing at 17:00.
Day 8: Amsterdam to UK
Your cruise comes to an end in Amsterdam where you disembark. Take a coach transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
