The Ship
Introducing Iona; P&O Cruises' most environmentally efficient and latest ship which is scheduled to sail to a world of destinations from 2020. Iona, inspired by the island in the Inner Hebrides, is designed to bring the outside in; featuring a SkyDome boasting astounding views. The ship will hold a staggering 5200 passengers and 1500 crew members. The 20 decks will be lined with 17 dining venues, 12 bars, four swimming pools, luxury staterooms, and a variety of entertainment venues for your enjoyment. Iona will combine everything you have come to love about P&O Cruises and will exceed your expectations with innovative out-of-this-world features, set to make your cruise holiday unforgettable.

Food
Iona is taking a new approach and is set to change traditional cruise dining by offering flexible Freedom Dining only. This means you get to choose when, where, and whom you eat with in the main dining rooms. Dine al fresco under shaded pavilion awnings at The Promenade Deck. Try the new gastronomic venues including traditional favourites at the Keel and Cow steakhouse and gastro pub or self-service takeaway options including Asian street food and American diner classics at The Quays Piazza. The Glass House will serve charcuterie and cheese boards, accompanied by a plethora of wines specifically chosen by wine experts. Dine at Sindhu for contemporary Indian fine dining or sample the best of British at Brodie's. Savour a selection of patisserie treats from Vistas Cafe Bar or satisfy your sweet tooth with ice cream goodies at Gelataria.

Drink
The star of the show on Iona is certainly 710 club. Here you can indulge in expertly-made cocktails whilst listening to live and acoustic music from modern jazz to Rat Pack covers. Unwind in the stylish living room style Emerald Bar with a premium cocktail in hand, taking in the delights of this contemporary venue with new-found friends. Relish in tropical drinks and sundaes at Laguna Bar or admire the stunning sea views over the infinity pool whilst enjoying a chilled glass of wine at Infinity Bar.

Entertainment
Iona boasts a vast amount of modern facilities for your enjoyment. Lounge by one of the four pools, have fun at the splash park, or make new friends and play a challenging game at the sports court. Try your luck in the casino or treat yourself to some designer shopping at The Avenue. By day, the SkyDome is a social hub for relaxation with a poolside environment including dining and drinking options. Once the sun sets, it impeccably transforms into an entertainment venue; showcasing spectacular performances and parties under the stars spanning across three decks.

Day 3: Stavanger
Arrive at the port of Stavanger - gateway to the majestic Lysefjord. Meander through the cobbled streets lined with white-washed wooden houses and see artists at work in the old quarter. Visit the 12th-century Stavanger Cathedral and marvel at its vaulted ceiling and 13th-century Gothic chancel. Stop by the Norwegian Canning Museum to appreciate the town's heritage as the 'herring capital' of Norway.
Day 4: Olden, Norway
Olden sits at the eastern end of the serene Nordfjord, where the water divides into three arms beneath the Jostedalsbreen glacier. The village is surrounded by green meadows with babbling brooks meandering between pretty houses. Visit the village centre to discover the 17th-century church and Singerheimen, which is the former home of the founder of the sewing machine company. Take to the Nordfjord for a rafting or kayaking adventure. Admire the green waters of Olden Lake and enjoy the cliffs and glaciers of the Oldedalen valley, which runs for 12 miles behind Olden. Today; take in backdrop of towering snow-capped peaks, see Sunnylven Church, and gaze in awe at the spectacular roaring waterfall that takes centre stage when you make an early morning stop at Hellesylt. Late morning keep your eyes peeled for the Bridal Veil and The Seven Sisters waterfalls as the ship arrives in Geiranger; where you'll have time to go kayaking, take a boat trip for up-close views of the waterfalls, or travel to the scenic viewpoints at Dalsnibba or Eagle's Bend. Sail onwards through the picturesque Geirangerfjord.

Visit Troldhaugen Museum to see Edvard Grieg's musical heritage comes to life, or explore the artwork on display at KODE.
