There are abundant on-board restaurants and eateries. The two-deck high Sunrise Dining Room offers fixed-seating dining and two sittings; whereas Sunset Dining Room has open dining from 5.45pm to 9.30pm. Both restaurants present a daily-changing menu of starters, soups, main courses and desserts. Casual, serve-yourself dining is on the menu in Lido Restaurant, or taste your way around the world at the Chef's Choice eatery. Pop into Guy's Burger Joint for authentic, American-style burgers and toppings, or set your tastebuds alight with spicy tacos, burritos and salsa at BlueIguana Cantina.
Reserve your table at the Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse for mouth-watering steaks and seafood, or savour healthy Japanese cuisine in Bonsai Sushi. Carnival Triumph has a wide choice of bars and cafes. Relax with a freshly-made cappuccino in JavaBlue or enjoy milkshakes and gelato at Shake Spot. Havana Bar serves up Cuban coffee, handcrafted cocktails and pastries by day, transforming into a music and dancing bar after dark. The lively Key West-inspired Red Frog Pub combines Caribbean fare and craft brewed ales with table football and live music. Relax and chat with friends over a drink in Piano Bar 88, or enjoy a few beers and sporting events in EA Sports Bar. Carnival Triumph really comes to life in the evening. Discover themed shows, game shows and musical revues on stage at the Liquid Lounge. Day 2: New York City, New York
New York, New York, so good they named it twice. There really is no city in the world quite like it. From the bright lights on Broadway and Times Square to the uniqueness and culture of Soho, this enchanting city will keep you coming back time and time again.
Day 3: New York City, New York (for embarkation)
After check-out, make your way to the port to board Carnival Triumph for your Panama Canal cruise.
Day 6: Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos
Grand Turk is the capital island of the Turks and Caicos and the place where Christopher Columbus first made landfall on his initial voyage to the New World in 1492. Find many Colonial-style buildings and ruins and explore the Turks and Caicos National Museum to discover the islands' history. Try snorkelling and diving off the reefs or whale watch for humpback whales off the coast. Cockburn Town is the centre piece of the island; discover a wonderful selection of historical buildings and an unforgettable rustic charm.
Day 8: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
The ship drops anchor at British-style Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. Stroll around the shops, cafes and museums in nearby George Town and spend time relaxing on the white sand of Seven Mile Beach. Swim with marine life at Stingray City or go snorkelling in search of local angel and parrot fish at Coral Garden. Keep your eyes peeled for indigenous rare blue iguanas when you visit Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park. Make sure to see the original Batmobile and Batcycle from the Batman TV series at the Cayman Motor Museum before you depart, too.
Day 10: Limon, Costa Rica
Limon sits on the Caribbean coast and is the sixth-largest city in Costa Rica. Visit the island's capital, Puerto Limon, to soak up the unique culture and architecture and to take a walk around the tropical Parque Vargas. Enjoy a boat trip to view the Leatherback, Hawksbill and Green sea turtles at Tortuguero National Park. Discover colourful marine life and coral reefs at Cahuita National Park and the stunning rainforests in Talamanca Mountains to the south of the region. The towns of Manzanillo and Puerto de Viejo de Talamanca give you a taste of traditional Tico lifestyles as well as amazing beaches.
Day 11: Colon (Panama Canal), Panama
The Panamanian city of Colón sits near the Atlantic entrance to the Panama Canal. See the ruins of five Spanish forts by the bay and make the most of the white-sand beaches which have no tides. Visit the naturally-beautiful landscapes of Portobelo National Park and Chagres National Park, take a jungle tour to see indigenous wildlife or sail along the river in a traditional boat. The modern Colon 2000 cruise port features a large shopping complex where you can pick up duty-free bargains.
Day 14: Half Moon Cay, Bahamas
Today, explore the tropical island of Half Moon Cay, which sits ten miles south-east of the Bahamas' capital city — Nassau. This private-island paradise was bought by Holland America Line in 1996 and most of it remains a protected wildlife sanctuary! Enjoy white sand, clear sea, waterfront bars, and exciting experiences — as well as the bustling Straw Market where you can buy local crafts and souvenirs. Ride a horse along the shore or get close to the creatures in Stingray Cove. You can have fun on the slides at Half Moon Lagoon Aqua Park; take a boat trip to the uninhabited Treasure Chest Island; snorkel alongside colourful fish; and visit the impressive Elkhorn Reef during your time here.
Day 17: New York City, New York to UK
Today your cruise comes to an end. After disembarkation make your way back to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
