Day 1: UK to San Francisco, California
Fly from your chosen UK airport to San Francisco and make your way to your four-star hotel for a three-night stay.
Day 2 - 3: San Francisco, California
This hilly city is located in northern California on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Famous for its year-round fog, the main attraction to visit here is the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco is characterised by its culturally rich neighbourhoods and this 7x7 mile city is best explored on foot. Alcatraz, America’s most famous prison, can be seen on a rock in the middle of the bay; take a tour and see the inescapable cells. Haight-Ashbury, also known as ‘The Haight’, was home to the city’s hippie movement in the 1960’s and is now the place to go for high-end boutiques and uber-chic cafes. Day 4: San Francisco, California (Embarkation Day)
After check out make your way to the port to board Grand Princess for your seven-night California coastal cruise.
Day 6: Santa Barbara, California
Santa Barbara combines Spanish-style architecture and a mountainous backdrop with a chic waterfront and abundant attractions. The palace-like Santa Barbara County Courthouse offers a fascinating insight into local architecture and affords fantastic city-wide views from the top of its El Mirador bell tower. Day 7: Los Angeles, California

Take a photo with the Hollywood sign in the background, stroll along Hollywood Boulevard, or spot famous names on the Walk of Fame. Enjoy thrilling rides, a guided tour of the studio, or explore behind the scenes on movie sets at Universal Studios Hollywood, or experience dozens of action and adventure rides at Disneyland Resort. Admire the 2000+ works of art at The Broad or visit the vast collections of Asian, Islamic, and Latin American art at Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Head to Griffith Park where you can see animals in Los Angeles Zoo or explore the moon and planets at Griffith Observatory. Escape the busy city and relax in Santa Monica; a chic and laid-back beachfront location.
Day 8: San Diego, California
San Diego, otherwise known as 'America's Finest City', is a great place to relax year-round due to its laid-back vibe, great weather, miles of sandy beaches, and major tourist hotspots. San Diego bursts with world-famous attractions for the entire family: head to Balboa Park, where you'll find San Diego Zoo with over 3,000 animals, 15 museums, and picturesque gardens where you can enjoy the sunshine. Visit SeaWorld and be amazed by spectacular shows and rides, or head to LEGOLAND for hours of fun. Eclectic galleries, chic boutiques, trendy nightclubs, rooftop bars, gastropubs, craft beer haunts, and fine dining restaurants line the streets in the bubbling downtown district. Grab your sunglasses and head to the beach - the scenic views of the Californian coast are not to be missed!
Day 9: Ensenada, Mexico
Ensenada is a picturesque seaside town on the Baja California coast and is surrounded by small mountain ranges. The town is a shopper’s paradise, especially along Paseo Calle Primera and Avenida Lopez Mateos with its locally-made silver jewellery and pottery. The Malecon path down by the harbour is the perfect spot to sample fine seafood from the authentic restaurants. Explore the fascinating exhibits at Museo de Historia de Ensenada in Riviera del Pacifico and also at Museo del Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia. Visit La Bufadora marine geyser at Punta Banda that rises more than 30m above sea level.
Day 11: Fly SFO to UK
Disembark in sfo and make your way to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
