The Tropicana Room and Taste and Savour Dining Rooms are the main restaurants, each offering extensive menus, signature dishes from the chef and a varied list of wines. The Garden Cafe boasts floor to ceiling windows and a wide selection of traditional buffet style fare. O'Sheehan's serves up American classics, beer on tap, large-screen televisions and table games in an authentic Irish pub setting. Quick bites and ice-cold drinks are on the menu in the Flamingo Bar & Grill, while a fusion of Asian cuisines including soups, noodles and wok-fried dishes are served in Shanghai's. Day 1: Fly UK – Copenhagen, Denmark
Fly from your selected UK airport to Copenhagen and be transferred to the Port where you will embark on board Norwegian Getaway.
Day 2: Berlin, Germany
Founded in the 13th-century, the German capital of Berlin is now a vibrant, multi-cultural metropolis. The city was divided in two during the Cold War, with the 18th-century Brandenburg Gate now a proud symbol of the reunification. Berlin's turbulent 20th-century history is also brought to life at the Holocaust memorial, Checkpoint Charlie and the graffitied remains of the Berlin Wall. Visit the Reichstag building - the setting for the German Parliament, the Bundestag. Explore Museumsinsel (Museum Island) - home to DDR Museum, German Spy Museum, Pergamon Museum, Alte Nationalgalerie, Bode Museum, Neues Museum and Berlin Cathedral. Admire city-wide views from Berlin Television Tower or shop for bargains at the designer stores on Kurfustendamm.
Day 3: Gdynia, Poland
Gdynia is a seaport city on Gdansk Bay on the south coast of the Baltic Sea in Poland. The city is part of a tricity along with the spa town of Sopot and the city of Gdansk. Stroll around the harbour and stop by the two anchored museum ships - ORP Blyskawice and Dar Pomorza - before following the 1.5km promenade to the Gdynia city centre and the beach and pier at Redlowo. Experience the Emigration Museum or Polish Naval Museum or have fun with the interactive exhibits at Pomorski Park Naukowo-Technologiczny. The 13th-century St Michael the Archangel's Church in Oksywie and the 17th-century neo-Gothic manor house on Folwarczna Street in Orlowo are well worth a visit. Gdynia also hosts the annual Gdynia Film Festival, Summer Jazz Festival, and the two-day techno Viva Beach Party on the beach.
Day 5: Tallinn, Estonia
Today the ship docks in the Estonian capital of Tallinn. The well-preserved medieval old town enjoys UNESCO World Heritage Site status and is the perfect place to explore on foot. Visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and Toompea Castle on top of Toompea Hill or spend some time in the Town Hall Square. Admire Peter the Great's Baroque Kadriorg Palace and the eclectic interior of Cathedral of St Mary the Virgin. Step back in time at Estonian Open Air Museum and Estonian Maritime Museum. View cutting edge art at Kumu art museum before enjoying lunch and city-wide views from the top of Tallinn TV Tower.
Day 6-7: St Petersburg, Russia
St Petersburg is one of Russia's most iconic cities. From its ornate palaces and beautiful bridges to its glistening canals and picture-postcard sights - there is plenty to see around every corner. Visit the Palace Square to admire the amazing Winter Palace, gaze in awe at the gilded cupola of St Isaac's Cathedral and enjoy the fountains at Peterhof Palace. Marvel at artworks by the grand masters such as Leonardo Da Vinci, El Greco and Rembrandt at the Hermitage Museum. Indulge in retail therapy at the eclectic mix of shops at the Nevsky Prospect. A visit to the Conservatoire Theatre to see a Russian ballet show or a boat trip along the city's rivers and canals are the perfect way to spend the evening.
Day 10: Copenhagen, Denmark – UK
Disembark in Copenhagen and be transferred to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
