Indulge in retail therapy at Lincoln Road Mall or enjoy a touch of culture at Wolfsonian-FIU museum. Escape to the idyllic Miami Beach Botanical Garden or chill out on the white sand of South Beach. Explore the art galleries and elegant eateries at Miami's Design District or visit the historic and bohemian Espanola Way. If you're travelling with children, spend time at Jungle Island zoo and Miami Children's Museum.
Day 3: Miami, Florida (Embarkation Day)
After check out make your way to the port to board Carnival Conquest for you seven-night Caribbean cruise.
Day 5: Georgetown, Grand Cayman
Spend today exploring the Cayman Islands' capital city, George Town. Once a pirate stronghold, this cosmopolitan destination now features a traditional Caribbean style and a high-rise financial centre. Learn about the region's rich heritage at Cayman Islands National Museum or see the colonial ruins at Fort George. You can also find the famous Seven Mile Beach on the western coast of the island — often labelled the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean — where you can have a go at snorkelling and diving. Enjoy duty-free shopping, stop for a cocktail on the coast, and sample the diverse food scene — which has been greatly influenced by European and Caribbean flavours.
Day 6: Mahogany Bay, Honduras
Mahogany Bay is nestled on the stunning Western Caribbean Island of Roatan. Known for its untouched beauty, Roatan is a popular stop with cruise goers. Ride the chair lift to Mahogany Beach, a 10-acre private island featuring an 825-foot-long white-sand beach with a beach volleyball court and a plethora of watersports. Soak up the sun on the pristine beach, or try something more adventurous such as a kayaking tour or catamaran cruise. The port’s welcome centre offers duty-free shopping and places to eat.
Day 7: Belize City, Belize
The port of Belize City is located in the Central American country of Belize. The city is divided is in two by Haulover Creek with the manually-operated 1920s Swing Bridge linking the two halves together. On the northern side you can trace the country's history at the Museum of Belize or admire the displays of contemporary art at the Image Factory gallery. To the south you can visit the historic St John's Cathedral and the fascinating House of Culture. Get up close to the native and rescued animals that roam freely in enclosures at Belize Zoo. Head out of town to the Old Belize Beach and spend a few hours sunbathing or enjoy barbecued lobster and rum punch on a visit to Goff's Caye. Alternatively, an hour's drive will take you out to the amaxing Altun Ha and Xunantunich Temples.
Day 8: Cozumel, Mexico
Arrive on the Mexican island of Cozumel. One of Mexico's most popular ports of call, it's home to several natural parks and a rich coral reef surrounded by tropical fish. San Miguel, Cozumel's only town, offers a great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants alongside seafront shops and boutiques selling handmade Mayan souvenirs. Follow sightseeing jungle trails, wander botanical gardens with natural lagoons, or view dolphins and sea turtles in their natural habitat.
Day 10: Miami, Florida to UK
Today your cruise comes to an end. Disembark and make your way to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
