The Ship
Crown Princess joined the Princess Cruises' fleet in May 2006. This large and family-friendly resort-style ship is jam-packed from stern to bow with a plenitude of amazing entertainment options, lively bars and restaurants, fun-filled activities for young and old alike, and over 900 luxury staterooms with balconies. Add into mix welcome touches such as The Sanctuary, the amazing Lotus Spa, the casual 'street cafe' atmosphere of the Piazza, al fresco Movies Under the Stars, and even a Wedding Chapel; and this awesome ship can't fail to amaze from the moment you step on board. Days at sea are the best time to enjoy the highlights of Crown Princess. Soak up the sun alongside one of the trio of outdoor pools, or enjoy some downtime in the private cabanas and whirlpools of adult-only The Sanctuary. Indulge your mind and body in the Lotus Spa, enrich your knowledge at a destination lecture, or enjoy retail therapy in the designer boutiques. Add activity to your day with a session in the gym and fitness centre, or show off your swing on the Princess Links putting course. The Pelicans and Shockwaves Centres offer fun-packed activities for children aged from 3 to 12 years, while the Remix Teen Lounge is perfect for teenagers.
