Day 2 - 3: Vancouver, Canada
Vancouver unites a vibrant cosmopolitan city with a backdrop of wilderness adventure. This Canadian city is home to an eclectic selection of neighbourhoods such as Chinatown, Punjabi Market, Gastown, and Yaletown. Walk to Stanley Park for Canada’s largest aquarium and the scenic seawall leading to English Bay Beach, or enjoy some culture at Museum of Anthropology, Vancouver Art Gallery and Orpheum Theatre. Make sure you visit iconic Canada Place — where you can ride the FlyOver Canada simulator and see the country from coast to coast! You can take a thrilling walk across Capilano Suspension Bridge - which hovers 230 feet above Capilano River — and hop on a ferry to Granville Island to find craft shops, a public market, and Canada's first microbrewery.
Day 4: Vancouver, Canada (Embarkation Day)

Day 5: Victoria (BC), Canada
Also known as the 'The Garden City' of Canada, Victoria sits on the southern end of Vancouver Island. The area is a hotspot for whales which can often be seen from the harbour or take a boat trip for a close up view. The city's British Colonial past comes to life in its Victorian buildings, including the stately Craigdarroch Castle mansion. Admire the 55 acres of colourful floral displays and water features at Butchart Gardens and view the butterflies at Victoria Butterfly Gardens. Step back in time at Royal British Columbia Museum or observe worldwide destinations in miniature form at Miniature World.
Day 6: Astoria, Oregon
The port city of Astoria sits at the mouth of the Columbia River in the US state of Oregon. Astoria is the perfect gateway to the majestic scenery of the mighty Rocky Mountains. Admire the unique hand-painted spiral frieze on the Astoria Column and the steel cantilever Astoria-Megler Bridge that connects Oregon to Washington. Take a ride on the heritage Astoria Riverfront Trolley alongside the Columbia River. Explore the area's seafaring history at Columbia River Maritime Museum and movie-making heritage at Oregon Film Museum. Pay a visit to the Queen Ann-style Flavel House Museum with its period furniture and manicured gardens. Visit Fort Clatsop at Lewis and Clark National Historical Park or the shipwreck of the Peter Iredale sailing vessel at Fort Stevens State Park. No visit to Oregon would be complete without sampling the locally-brewed craft beer or tucking into fresh seafood or clam chowder at a riverside eatery.
Day 8: San Francisco, California
This hilly city is located in northern California on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Famous for its year-round fog, the main attraction to visit here is the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco is characterised by its culturally rich neighbourhoods and this 7x7 mile city is best explored on foot. Alcatraz, America’s most famous prison, can be seen on a rock in the middle of the bay; take a tour and see the inescapable cells. Haight-Ashbury, also known as ‘The Haight’, was home to the city’s hippie movement in the 1960’s and is now the place to go for high-end boutiques and uber-chic cafes. Sip coffee by the waterfront in North Beach, or join the keen joggers and cyclists who make the most of the massive green parks. Rest your legs and ride the cable cars up the city's sharp inclines.
Day 9: Monterey, California
Sat on California's rugged central coast, Monterey is a picturesque city which homes California's first theatre, public building, public library, publicly funded school, printing press, and newspaper. The city is well known for the diversity of its marine life, including sea lions, sea otters, harbour seals, pelicans and dolphins, and the Monterey Aquarium is a top attraction. The beaches in Monterey are spectacular; soak up the sun on Pebble Beach and enjoy the tranquil beauty of Carmel Beach. On a visit to Cannery Row you can expect enticing restaurants and captivating boutiques; the street’s picturesque charm makes it the ideal place to soak up the local culture.
Day 10: Los Angeles, California to UK
After check out make your way to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
