On Celebrity Apex, we’ve stretched our culinary imaginations to introduce exciting new menus and dishes across our seven delicious specialty restaurants, from Fine Cut Steakhouse to Raw on 5 to Eden Restaurant—and more. Main Dining
We completely reimagined our already incredible main dining experience when we introduced Celebrity Edge®, and it’s only getting better on our second Edge® Series ship, Celebrity Apex. Once again, you can discover not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinctive design and signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world. Now, you’ll find new menus and menu selections across our main restaurants. Even the cuisine takes you to new places aboard Celebrity Apex.
CELEBRITY SELECT DINING
Dine on your time
Celebrity Apex® offers not one but four complimentary main restaurants—Normandie, Tuscan, Cosmopolitan, and Cyprus. Every restaurant features the same mouthwatering menu that changes nightly, plus each one offers its own ambience, along with a selection of exclusive, regionally inspired dishes and drinks.
We may have reinvented the main restaurant experience, but we haven’t changed the way you plan your dining in our main restaurants. You can choose Celebrity Select Early or Late seating for your dining times, which allows you to enjoy dinner at the same table with the same waiter every evening. You’ll be assigned one of the four main dining restaurants, while having the option to dine in the other three upon request.
On Celebrity Apex, we offer Celebrity Select Dining Anytime. Select your dining time in any of the four restaurants and enjoy a change of scenery. There’s nothing traditional about Celebrity. With Celebrity Select Dining the choice of how you plan your evening meals is up to you.

Kids and Teen Programs
The fun starts at Camp At Sea, our onboard entertainment centre and program designed exclusively for kids ages 3 to 12. Open every day from 9:00am - 10:00pm, Camp at Sea offers kids the opportunity to participate in a number of entertaining activities, including treasure hunts, arts and crafts, sports, and theme parties, all under the supervision of our experienced youth staff. For our teen cruisers, the Teen Club is the place to be. At the Teen Club, they can make new friends and participate in events like video game competitions, teen parties, and culinary classes. Activities are overseen by our team of teen counsellors and offered throughout the day, allowing teens to come and go as they please.
Entertainment On Board
There’s no shortage of entertaining venues on board. Spend the day swimming in the pool with the kids, then watch the sunset while relaxing in one of our elevated hot tubs. Gather on board for movie night under the stars, silent disco parties, hot glass classes, and archery tournaments —so many activities to share.
